Clearance Sale's Terms & Conditions 

Pet Lovers Centre

1. Pet Lovers Centre VIP members are entitled to receive Loyalty Points (1 point for every RM1 spent).
2. Clearance Sale items are limited and valid for in-store purchase only, while stocks last.
3. VIP members can call respective stores to place a reservation for Clearance Sale items, limited to a maximum of 5 items and up to 3 days.
4. Item reservation will be cancelled if,
   1. customers are unable to produce the VIP Card used in placing the reservation (Or)
   2. customers do not purchase the items within 3 days from the date of reservation.
5.  No further discount and not valid with other promotions, privileges or offers.
6. Not applicable for home delivery or online purchase.
7. All clearance sale items purchased are not valid for exchange or refund.
8. The Management reserves the right to amend the Clearance Sale’s Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
