Pet Care Consultant (PCC)
 
A little guidance and advice can go a long way in helping pet parents care for their fur kids’ health. That is why at PLC, our Pet Care Consultants (PCCs) are always available via Live Chat and in selected PLC stores to provide their extensive knowledge in pet care. Through this service, we hope to empower pet owners to take charge of their pets’ health and wellness.

Our friendly PCCs are able to share holistic, professional advice through their combined expertise, skills and experiences, in order to help pet parents maintain their pet’s optimum health.

Our PCCs are:

  • Veterinary-trained professionals (PCC Online)
  • Veterinary Nutritional Advocates certified by Hill's Science Diet (Retail Stores)
  • Experienced in pet care and small animals

With PCC Online, pet parents can quickly and safely get professional pet care advice from the comfort of their homes. So ask our experts anything about the health of your pet via PCC Online or with our Pet Care Consultants in-store, and get the best pet healthcare advice that your furry friend deserves!

Our PCC Online Operating hours are:
Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 9.30pm
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 12:30pm to 9:30pm
Public Holidays: Operating hours will remain the same as mentioned above.
